Origins and Winemaking

The 2021 growing season provided ideal conditions, resulting in grapes of exceptional quality. The winemaking process involves meticulous handpicking and sorting of grapes to ensure only the finest fruit is used. Fermentation is conducted in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal's vibrant fruit flavors. The wine is then aged in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels for up to 18 months, allowing for the development of complex flavors and a well-integrated structure.
